Feel free to ask for any kind of personalisation, and please make sure you've placed the right wording in the personalisation box. Specify yarn colour desired for writing (I have 100’s of colours which I can’t photo all of so please pop me a message if you would like a very specific shade, I tend to use Stylecraft special DK so please check the link for a full listing of colours https://www.stylecraft-yarns.co.uk/yarns/special-dk?&offset=48) in personalisation box, wording colours can be mixed, one colour for the whole text or a colour for each letter.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES This item is non refundable and non exchangeable, each garment is made to order and one of a kind. However if you find any issue, feel free to contact me through Etsy message.
CARE Hand washing is recommended & do not tumble dry.
